PROCESSING TIME

  • The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the time of year and other events going on around the shop. We typically aim to mail out orders within three days of receiving them. If you have special circumstances or have questions regarding processing time, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate for special occasions, etc.  

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Because we are a small shop we do not typically accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

    CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

    • Yes, we love accepting custom orders. Processing and shipping time may differ from normal purchase expectations but we will do our best to communicate these details with you. We are happy to answer any questions regarding custom orders before a purchase commitment. Please contact us if you have further questions regarding custom orders or commissions.  

    SIZING DETAILS

    • PRINTS: We are currently offering 6" x 9" and 8" x 10" size options for all watercolor prints or reproductions. Please feel free to contact us if you have a special size request. 
    • STICKERS: We are currently keeping quantities of 2" and 3" stickers in stock at all times. Larger sizes, such as 4", 5" or 6", will be available periodically with quantities on each listing to reflect stock-at-hand. 
    • ORIGINAL WATERCOLORS: All original watercolors are completed on 6" x 9" 140lb professional grade watercolor paper. 
    • PHOTOS: Available photo sizes are as described on each listing. Please feel free to contact us if you have a special size request.  

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

      • PRINTS: All prints are completed with archival quality inks and papers. They are packaged in archival quality plastic sleeves [we are currently looking into a more eco-friendly alternative]. Pieces can be framed in order to preserve the highest quality for longevity purposes. Please see individual post for more specific information about either piece.
      • STICKERS: Our original handmade watercolor paintings that have been transformed into an incredibly durable vinyl sticker. Stickers are weatherproof and hold up great against rain, ice, heat, and freezing. They are made with a strong adhesive and can last upwards of 5 years on any outdoor surface. Stickers are semi-permanent, meaning they hold tight to the desired surface but do not leave a film/residue when removed.
      • ORIGINAL WATERCOLORS: All original watercolors are completed on 6" x 9" 140lb professional grade watercolor paper, using professional grade watercolors, pens, and inks. They are packaged in archival quality plastic sleeves [we are currently looking into a more eco-friendly alternative]. Pieces can be framed in order to preserve the highest quality for longevity purposes.

     GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

    Each piece is very carefully packaged in an archival quality clear sleeve. We are happy to provide gift tags and gift wrapping if needed.
